Divider-rounder does it all

The Sottoriva heavy-duty divider-rounder delivers high output with up to six rows of dough. The machine is suitable for working soft and semi-hard dough and has a Teflon-coated stainless steel hopper that holds 35 kg. A star wheel dosing system and adjustable pressure in the portioning chambers provide gentle dough handling.
