Nonni's, Chicago, introduced larger biscotti in an “operator friendly” 48-count case, available exclusively through foodservice distributors. The biscotti is 6 in. long, a full inch longer than Nonni's standard product. Flavors include Originali — a traditional light and crunchy almond biscotti, Cioccolati — an almond biscotti dipped in chocolate, and Triple Chocolate — a chocolate biscotti dipped and drizzled in bittersweet chocolate. Originali have a nine-month shelf life, while the chocolate coated varieties have a six-month shelf life. Touché Bakery's Snowball Cookies, London, Ontario, are now available with new packaging.
