Board of directors restructures BISSC

The Baking Industry Sanitation Standards Committee(BISSC) passed the BISSC certification process to the American Institute of Baking (AIB), which will continue the announcement and standards setting review process of the ANSI/BISSC Z50.2 Standard. The board of directors reached a unanimous decision to restructure BISSC at a March 2006 meeting. An effort to revitalize the certification program as well as recent changes spurred the decision.
