Muffins monkey with apple flavor

Lisa Coates and Robin Rarrick developed Monkey Muffins, determined to create a healthful snack their children would enjoy. The apple-cinnamon muffins come in packs of four, with the muffins contained in a special tray designed to prevent the muffins from getting crushed inside a lunch box. As with all Monkey Muffins, the new apple-cinnamon variety is kosher and made without preservatives or artificial ingredients.
