The new Blodgett XR8-G mini-rack oven does the work of a full-size model at half the size of a large roll-in rack oven. It is so versatile that you can use it to bake, roast or rethermalize. A continuously rotating 8-pan rack and unique airflow system moves large amounts of air at low velocity and ensures a consistently even bake.
