When Bruce Levenbrook and David Harris formed a partnership along with Harris’ father Ron to acquire a small bagel operation in Rhode Island in 1995, they never could have imagined the growing pains that lay ahead. Nor could they have foreseen the dynamic, ultra-efficient operation that The Original Bagel Co. would become.
